Hello! I'm Corina Cisneros, an associate broker with EXP Realty and founder of Cisneros Realty Group. Working closely with my son and Managing Partner, Federico Cisneros, we've transacted over 525 properties since 2014, totaling $162 million in transaction volume (Including off MLS transactions). Our headquarters are in Gilford, (opposite Walmart) in the heart of New Hampshire's lakes and mountains region surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee. Over the years, I've developed a deep love for the beautiful New Hampshire landscape, which began over 45 years ago when I first learned to ski at Cannon Mountain in Franconia. Today, I'm fortunate to call the Lakes Region my home, and during my leisure time, I enjoy exploring the Lakes, boating , skiing, and flying my private plane.

Now let us dive into a journey through my personal and early professional life. I completed high school at Suffield Academy in Suffield, Conn. Afterward, I pursued and earned a B.A. in Art, Film & Photography, with a minor in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, graduating Cum Laude. In 1992, I obtained my Financial Advisor SEC license and joined the esteemed US contrarian money manager Michael O'Higgins. Swiftly moving through the ranks to the No.1 sales position, I was soon appointed Director for Latin America, successfully expanding operations in Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.

My life isn't all about real estate; I also harbor a lifelong passion for sailing, a love nurtured during my childhood in Venezuela, where I sailed the Caribbean with my father. In 2003, I founded Cisneros Yachts LLC in Key Biscayne, Florida, an exclusive yacht brokerage firm. During my tenure, I successfully sold 65 Motor Yachts and sailing vessels from 32 to 130 feet, with prices ranging from $100,000 to $7.6 million.

Art has always held a special place in my heart. This led me to co-found the Artemundi Global Art Fund, LLP, a 50-million-dollar art investment fund in 2009. We invested in a wide range of art from XV-XVIII century European old masters to contemporary art, with a special emphasis on works from Latin American artists.

On a more personal note, I have experienced a rich and varied life. My upbringing spanned across Caracas, New York, Boston, Connecticut, and Miami. My mother, inspired by the song Corrina, Corrina sung by Big Joe Turner on Atlantic Records in 1958, named me Corina. This multicultural upbringing significantly influences my worldview and my approach to both my personal and professional life.

When I'm not immersed in real estate or indulging in my love for sailing and art, I love spending as much time as possible with my children and family. These are the moments I cherish most. For an adrenaline rush, Federico and I enjoy flying our Cirrus SR22 around the country or racing our sports cars at Club Motorsports in Tamworth, one of the leading private racetracks in the US.
