Corina helped us achieve our dream of owning a home in Gilford/Lakes Region! Obviously the market is not for buyers recently, so it's been a little overwhelming. We were looking for awhile before we came across one that was in the area and close to our budget. We immediately reached out to Corina and she scheduled a virtual tour since we weren't in the area. She was responsive, patient and non-pushy through our decision-making. She helped us to put in a competitive offer, which was accepted out of five! The process had a couple of hiccups, but Corina was professional and gave advice along the way. She is now helping to connect us with other professionals in the area to get our home setup. Corina was always available to answer my questions and was able to show me around the condo, even after it was under contract and under very short notice. Even weeks after closing, Corina is always checking in and making sure everything is ok. I would certainly use Corina and her team again! I highly recommend!
